PRC Reports High Passing Rate in Latest NLE

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 29,349 out of 34,534 examinees passed the November 2024 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE), achieving a passing rate of 84.99%.

The PRC released the results early Friday morning, noting that the results for nine examinees were withheld pending further review of their compliance with licensure regulations.

Top Performers

The top five passers are:

  1. Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares (Cebu Normal University) – 92.60%
  2. Arianne Marie Baltero Estrella (University of the Philippines-Manila) – 92.20%
  3. Alexandra Dalura Yamson (Xavier University) – 92.00%
  4. A tie among Kyle Andrea Divino Bencalo (Chinese General Hospital Colleges), Marc Emmanuel Arepal Estillore (Cebu Normal University), Trisha Nicole Navarro Oller (Saint Louis University), and Hannah Gisella Tolentino Roman (Bataan State University Main Campus) – 91.80%
  5. A tie among Jaymi Loise Basilla Abellana (Cebu Normal University), Christian Eley Cortez Bismonte (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina), Ma. Rochelle Versoza Candido (Samar State University), and Edline Aubrey Pineda Sarmiento (UP Manila) – 91.60%

Many examinees shared spots from 6th to 10th place, including:

  • 7 examinees in 6th place (91.40%)
  • 8 examinees in 7th place (91.20%)
  • 15 examinees in 8th place (91.00%)
  • 29 examinees in 9th place (90.80%)
  • 33 examinees in 10th place (90.60%)

Exam Details

The NLE took place on November 9 and 10 across various testing centers in the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Zamboanga, and other major cities.
