Senator Francis “TOL” Tolentino and eight other candidates from the pro-administration group Alyansa ng Bagong Pilipinas are part of the Top 12 in the latest survey.
They are joined by two candidates from PDP-Laban and one independent candidate, based on the Pulso ng Pilipino survey held from March 22 to 29, 2025. The survey was done while hot issues were happening, especially the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
Senator Bong Go led the survey with 57.6%, followed by former Senate President Vicente “Tito Sen” Sotto III with 56.3%.
In third place was Erwin Tulfo with 51%, followed by Senator Pia Cayetano with 47%, Senator Lito Lapid with 46%, former Senator Panfilo Lacson with 43.3%, and Senator Bong Revilla with 42.5%.
Makati Mayor Abby Binay and Senator Francis “TOL” Tolentino shared the 8th to 9th places with 38.7% and 37.5%, respectively.
Tolentino’s rating went up by 4.1% from the last survey. This rise is linked to his launching of the first ROTC Games, which gathered thousands of college students for a regional event. The event aims to improve academic potential, discipline, and sports skills among young Filipinos.
In the 10th to 12th places are Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa with 35%, independent candidate Ben Tulfo with 34.7%, and former Senator Manny Pacquiao with 31.5%.
