This victory secures Tanauan’s second championship title of the tournament, ensuring no need for a Game 5.

Held at Jaro Gymnasium in Jaro, Leyte, the championship game ended on September 6, Day 45, of the Lolita Cup Basketball Tournament Season 2.
Anthony Vergara led the charge for Tanauan with 23 points, supported by Cesar with 15 and MI. Parungao contributing 11. MJ. Parungao added 10 points, while Caneda, Demegelio, and De Veyra chipped in with 8, 4, and 2 points, respectively.
On the other side, the Burauen Volcanoes fought valiantly, with J. Tan scoring 19 points, followed by Sible with 15 and JV. Tan adding 12. Paminiano contributed 7 points, while Raga and Mitra each scored 5. Ancheta, Tenedora, Gallamos, and Inso rounded out the scoring with 2, 2, 2, and 1 point, respectively.
