Seventeen member Mingyu will meet Filipino fans at a special event this summer. The K-pop star is coming to Manila in April for a fan meeting organized by Snickers Philippines.
The chocolate brand announced that Mingyu, who represents Snickers as their K-pop ambassador, will appear at Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on April 11. Snickers shared details about how fans can join the event and get a chance to see Mingyu in person.
Mingyu belongs to Seventeen, one of the most popular K-pop boy groups today. The group has performed in the Philippines several times. They held their “Right Here” concert in January 2025. Seventeen will return to the country soon for their “New_” world tour on March 21 at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan.
Besides his work with the full group, Mingyu recently started a new project. Last September, he and fellow Seventeen member S.Coups formed a sub-unit called CxM. They released their first album together called “Hybe Vibes.”
Filipino fans are excited about Mingyu’s upcoming visit. The Snickers fan meeting gives them another chance to see their favorite K-pop idol. This event happens between Seventeen’s two major concerts in the Philippines, making it extra special for fans who want more time with the group members.
