Price Adjustments for Diesel, Kerosene, and LPG Set for First Week of April

Oil companies are preparing to make adjustments to fuel prices during the initial week of April. In recent announcements, CleanFuel, PetroGazz, SeaOil, and Shell have disclosed the upcoming changes in fuel prices scheduled for Tuesday:

  • Diesel prices will decrease by P0.60 per liter.
  • Gasoline prices will increase by P0.45 per liter.
  • Kerosene prices are also set to drop by P1.05 per liter.

This follows last week’s price hike, where diesel prices rose by P2.20 per liter and gasoline prices increased by P1.40 per liter. Kerosene also saw an uptick of P1.30 per liter during the same period.

The adjustments from SeaOil, PetroGazz, and Shell will come into effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, while CleanFuel’s changes will be implemented at 4:01 p.m. on the same day. Other oil companies are yet to announce their price adjustments.

Additionally, distributors of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) have rolled back prices starting today, April 1. Regasco announced a reduction of P0.30 per kilogram (kg) for LPG, while Petron’s Gasul will decrease LPG prices by P1 per kg.
