CEBU CITY, Philippines – Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh of Calabarzon (Region 4A) broke another record in the girls’ secondary 200-meter butterfly event at the Cebu City Sports Center on Friday, July 12, 2024, less than a day after she surpassed the Palarong Pambansa mark.
In the girls’ secondary 200-meter breaststroke, Mojdeh set a new mark with a time of 2:41.75.
The previous record, set at the 2019 Palaro and held by Xiandi Chua of the national team, was 2:43.78. Mojdeh is scheduled to compete in four more swimming events after winning two gold medals recently.
