MalacaƱang said it is happy with the new survey results showing that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s approval rating went up.
According to Palace Press Officer Claire Castro, this means that people can see the President is working hard.
However, she said President Marcos will not be affected by the numbers. He will just continue doing his duty as President.
Castro added that leaders should not rely only on surveys.
In the latest survey done from June 27 to 30, President Marcos got a 25% approval rating for the second quarter. This is 19% higher than the last quarter. His disapproval rating also went down from 57% to 47%.
Still, Castro said whether the rating is high or low, President Marcos will keep working.
