According to Palawan 2nd District Engineer Noel L. Fuentebella, in his report to DPWH MIMAROPA Regional Director Gerald A. Pacanan, CESO III, the project involved the construction of a 10.00m x 20.00m two-storey structure with a 3.00m x 5.00m entrance porch. The building includes a multi-purpose hall, two offices, a records office, stock room, toilets, two living quarters, and a three-chamber septic vault.

To promote sustainability and energy efficiency, the facility is equipped with two solar-powered post lights, providing illumination for evening community activities while helping reduce electricity consumption.

The newly completed structure serves as a vital infrastructure asset for Barangay Antipuluan, offering a safe, functional, and accessible venue for administrative operations, civic gatherings, and government-related services. Its modern design and eco-friendly features demonstrate DPWH’s commitment to building resilient, sustainable, and people-centered infrastructure that supports efficient local governance and improves the quality of community life.

By providing a facility that caters to both administrative functions and community needs, the project contributes to Narra’s growth and development — a tangible step toward more responsive and inclusive public service in Palawan.
