Hundreds of families, cyclists, and environmental protection advocates participate in the Pedal for People and Planet in UP Diliman Quezon City on May 19, 2024.
The event, organized by the Asian Peoples’ Movement on Debt and Development in coordination with the University of the Philippines and Quezon City Government and other civil society organizations, highlighted the demand for 100% Renewable Energy, which is urgently required to keep the planet’s average temperature below 1.5 degrees centigrade.
