A survey by the Social Weather Station (SWS), commissioned by Stratbase Group, showed that 48% of people said they have “much trust” in the President in June, up from 38% in May.
Meanwhile, 30% said they have “little trust” in him, and 21% were undecided.
Vice President Sara Duterte’s trust rating also rose by 1%, from 60% in May to 61% in June. About 23% said they have “little trust” in her, while 14% were undecided.
Senate President Francis Escudero’s trust rating also increased, from 47% to 55%. Those with “little trust” in him were at 23%, and 21% were undecided.
House Speaker Martin Romualdez also saw a rise in trust, from 26% in May to 34% in June. However, 34% said they have “little trust” in him, and 27% were undecided.
The survey was conducted from June 25 to 29, with 1,200 Filipino adults nationwide. It has a ±3% margin of error.
