Artists and influencers who supported former Vice President Leni Robredo’s presidential campaign in 2022 have come together to support former Senator Bam Aquino’s Senate bid in the upcoming May elections.
Among those who attended were Jolina Magdangal, Mark Escueta, Bayang Barrios, Niccolo Cosme, Mitch Valdes, Arman Ferrer, Ayrin Villamor, Moy Ortiz, AC Soriano, and comedian Alex Calleja.
The event also included Pia Magalona, Arkin Magalona, Elmo Magalona, Nica del Rosario, Pinky Amador, Kerwin King, Tita Jegs, Jim Paredes, Elha Nympha, Jeli Mateo, Chef Jeng Flores, and many others.
Aquino shared a photo from the event with the caption: “We’re awake and ready for 2025! LET’S DO THIS! For the Filipino. For the Nation!”
Other artists supporting Aquino include Bodjie Pascua, Lance Oca, Mama Loi Villarama, and members of The Company, such as Moy Ortiz, Sweet Plantado Tiongson, OJ Mariano, and Teacher Annie Quintos.
Aquino has also made it into the Magic 12 of the Pinasurvey Candidate Preference Survey for December. According to the survey, he has a 37% probability of placing between 6th and 13th. The survey, which had a rolling three-month fieldwork period, included 1,821 participants from different parts of the country, representing various regions, age groups, genders, and income levels. The margin of error was ±2.3%.
Aquino also appeared in the Magic 12 of previous surveys conducted by Publicus Asia and Tangere.
If reelected to the Senate, Aquino aims to push for increased funding for education and job creation.
