The Lolita Cup Season 2 Basketball Tournament held it’s Day 30 games at Jaro Gymnasium in Jaro, Leyte. The fans enjoyed the three matches, with the first one starting at 2 PM.
Game 1: Tunga vs. Dagami (2:00 PM)
The Tunga Rapids exerted their swift hustles and shooting accuracy this afternoon, dominating the court against Dagami Binagol and securing a final score of 92-82.
Jeric Abanilla was the standout performer, dropping 17 points to earn the Player of the Game award.
Game 2: Tanauan vs. Alangalang (4:00 PM)
The Better and Brighter Tanauan squad once again showcased their dominance, stopping the Alangalang Golden Bell in their rematch this afternoon.
Tanauan secured a final score of 85-75, with Mel John and Mel Ivan Parungao both contributing 20 points to earn the Player of the Game honors.
Game 3: Jaro vs. Capoocan
Despite the pressure inside the heated court, the home court advantage proved crucial as the Jaro Warriors prevailed against Uswag Capoocan in a tight offense-to-offense ball game, with a final score of 93-84.
Byron Parcero of the Jaro Warriors was the standout performer, scoring 23 points.
