Duterte mentioned that there are currently no immediate actions being taken regarding the impeachment case, but she and her legal team are actively examining the allegations made against her and considering potential legal remedies.

She noted that there are multiple legal recourses being pursued by individuals involved in the case, including Ramil Madriaga, Rodulfo Gracioso, and Antonio Trillanes, but expressed skepticism regarding fairness from the government. Duterte added that while discussions are ongoing, no definitive actions are being planned at this time.

Additionally, she denied ownership of properties that are currently under investigation by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and alleged to be linked to her and her family. Duterte expressed concern that the NBI, funded by public resources, is conducting operations that lack a clear benefit to the public.

Specifically, she refuted claims regarding a lot allegedly mentioned in her Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), asserting that it does not belong to her. Duterte concluded by stressing the need for public agencies to ensure their actions are lawful, factual, and serve the public interest.
